Fix the app!! My commute is so boring now that TAL wont work! Do I have to delete the app and redownload it? I dont want to!

Chromecast support is the only thing missing from this incredible app

I cant believe it just stopped working. When I pay for an app I expect it to work. I love This American Life and I want to support them, also why I purchased this app. It worked fine for months and then it stopped working. Please fix it or give me my money back!

Ive been using this app for years and have always had problems with it. First it was the app crashing, but that was fixed in an update soon after I started using it. Then there were problems with saving episodes for offline listening. I had a hard time getting episodes to download and once they were downloaded, sometimes they wouldnt play. Recently, the only problem with the app Ive had was not being able to look at the list of episodes in chronological order. If I searched for a specific episode, I could find it, but I wanted to be able to scroll through all of them. And I finally can! Im very pleased with the state of this app now. I cant think of a single problem I have with it.

Always worked well for me. And the content is unparalleled.

I can listen the every episode of this show, doesnt matter what its about and I love it ... Thank you

Guys its been too long, this isnt okay to leave these bugs in, compromising user experience for supporters of your podcast!!! Guys pick it up.

Cant seem to play any episode or even the downloaded ones.

Totally disappointed that my favourite podcast and radio show is virtually inaccessible through this farce of an app. Offline podcasts cannot be downloaded, none of the buttons work (except for live streaming). Very frustrating considering this app cost $3.99!

Long ago set myself a project of listening to the entire catalogue. Update after update has failed to make that possible. What is the point of the app of you cant listen to the show?? Years have gone by. Best radio show ever, worst app ever. So frustrated.

The old app was perfect, then they upgraded to the new one and it has been down hill since then. The new app has so many problems and broken my addiction to this amazing show. Great job guys! I am sure Ira is impressed!

Great app. Sometimes buggy, but the content makes it all worth it. Theres a good mix of stuff available and a lot of it contains enough context that its easy to identify with even outside of a specifically American context.

Love the show. Dont love that I pay for the app only to have ads play in the newer episodes.

I am so happy that I have access to all the shows from This American Life. This app is structured great but there are bugs that make it difficult to use it get access to all of the episodes. Overall great!

Its impossible to access anything but the favorites or television episodes. If you try to access the radio episode history it crashes.

I want to be paid back! It doesnt work at all,it crashes. Even though I sent the report so many times when it crashed,they didnt fix it. It was totally the waste of money. I dont want to give then even one star! I mean it deserves just Zero Star!!!

The new version of this app has a tendency to stop episode playback if I enter or exit a wifi zone and then start the episode from the beginning automatically. This wouldnt be a big problem, except that the playback controls are much less responsive than they used to be. I can only rarely skip ahead to the act where I left off.

You can listen to every single episode from the past. Love this app

Couldnt imagine my rail commute without Ira and the gang. This App makes that easy.
